This is the last workout for the week! Congratulations for finishing the first week. I hope you are as excited as I am. I recommend keeping active over the weekend, so go for a walk with the kids or play with them at the park. Something to keep your muscles moving. Next Monday we will have a whole new set of moves and music, so be looking forward to that.
